Tour Highlights

Tiananmen Square (9:00 – 9:30):
Begin in the heart of Beijing at Tiananmen Square, one of the largest public squares in the world. It is a symbol of modern China and is surrounded by landmark buildings such as the Great Hall of the People and the National Museum of China.

You will be able to view the entire Tiananmen Square from the vehicle. Your guide will explain to you the historical significance of Tiananmen to China and some of the important moments that have taken place here.

Forbidden City (9:30 – 11:30):
Walk through the grand Tiananmen Gate into the Forbidden City – the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties. As the largest preserved royal palace in the world, the Forbidden City showcases over 500 years of Chinese imperial history. Your guide will lead you through the vast courtyards and ceremonial halls, sharing stories of emperors and ancient Chinese architecture. (Note: this tour includes outdoor visit and main highlights; indoor visits to specific halls are subject to availability.)

Lunch (11:30 – 12:30):
Enjoy a meal at an authentic local restaurant catering to local residents. This gives you a chance to taste traditional Chinese cuisine in a casual setting. (Lunch cost not included.)

Mutianyu Great Wall (14:00 – 16:00):
After lunch, travel to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall, known for its beautiful forested surroundings and fewer crowds. You’ll have time to explore the wall by foot or choose optional access via cable car, chairlift, or toboggan. Your guide will explain the historical importance and military function of this section of the Wall.

• 16:00 – Return journey and Drop-off at the designated location within the 4th Ring Road

Cancellation Policy (Beijing Time)

• Cancel before 00:00, 10 days prior to the tour: Full refund  
• Cancel before 00:00, 5 days prior to the tour: 50% refund  
• Cancel before 00:00, 3 days prior to the tour: 30% refund  
• Cancel on the day of the tour or within 3 days: No refund  

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price. Partial refunds are not available.
